• You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You must not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.

4. Listings

• Only genuine products and services may be listed.
• You must provide accurate descriptions and images.
• Misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent listings may be removed.
• ClutterZero reserves the right to edit or remove listings that violate these Terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Posting illegal goods or services.
• Selling counterfeit products.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour.
• Uploading malicious software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform.

6. Payments

ClutterZero may provide paid promotional services such as featured listings or boosted ads. Fees paid for these services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Buyer & Seller Responsibilities

• Buyers should inspect items before completing purchases.
• Sellers must honestly represent the items they offer.
• Both parties are responsible for their own transactions.

8. Verification

ClutterZero may verify user accounts, phone numbers, email addresses, or identification documents. Verification improves trust but does not guarantee the legitimacy of any user or transaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClutterZero acts only as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users and are not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, or the quality or legality of listed items.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and content on ClutterZero are the property of ClutterZero or their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
